- I would like to give the gift of conveniently delicious meals to a friend, can I send meals to someone else?
- Absolutely! We love to help people bless their friends with great meals! Simply enter their delivery information during checkout. We do suggest that you alert your friend that the meals are coming so they will prepared to put the meals in their refrigerator. It is also important to know if they have any food allergy issues. Another option is to send your friend an electronic gift card and allow them to choose their own meals.
- How do I pay for my order?
- You will pay for your order at checkout – we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and if you have a supported device you will have the option of Apple Pay as well.
- When will I receive my order?
- During checkout you will select when you want your meals delivered. We deliver on Sundays (1-4pm or 4-8pm), Tuesdays (5:30 – 8:30pm) and Thursdays (5:30 – 8:30pm) You choose your delivery during checkout. Or you can choose to come and pick up your order at our kitchens in south Baltimore, conveniently located just off I95 in Locust Point! Because we believe in freshness and quality, we make everything to order. See our order cut off times and other details on our delivery and order pages.
- What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?
- If your chosen delivery day is not past the order cut-off time, simply contact us and we can postpone or adjust your order as needed. If the order cut-off time has already passed, we may be limited in what adjustments we can make – contact us right away with the problem and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Can I place an order to be delivered to my office as well as my home?
- An order can only be delivered to one address, but you can place two separate orders – one to be delivered to your office and one to be delivered to your home.
- Are there Keto or other meal plans available?
- Yes. Every menu offers several specific dietary menu options such as vegetarian, vegan, keto, etc. Additionally, some menu items can be adjusted to match your dietary preferences. At the top of the menu page are categories that allow you to just see those meals that are, or can be made for specific diets. Learn more about ordering here.
