- Where do you deliver?
- We deliver to homes and businesses in the greater Baltimore Annapolis area, including Columbia, White Marsh and Owings Mills. We are frequently adding delivery areas as we grow. View our delivery area map here. Not in our delivery area? We are constantly growing our delivery area, so Contact us with your address and we will work to add your area as soon as possible – If you are close the our current area, we might be able to add you by our next delivery time! We can also deliver to your business or other location that may be in our delivery area – don’t worry about needing to have a refrigerator – we can deliver your meals in an insulated, reusable bag with cold packs that will keep your meals fresh for hours! - Do I have to pay for delivery and tip?
- There is no tipping required or expected. Orders over $75 (after any discounts) deliver for free. Delivery charges vary slightly by zip code. The maximum delivery charge is $10. The delivery options for your zip code will display at checkout.
- Do I have to be home for delivery?
- While it is preferred, it isn’t necessary. We can leave your meals in an insulated, reusable bag with cold packs. This method keeps your meals fresh for hours. This does need to be arranged ahead of time and there are some limitations and other details that can be viewed on our delivery details page.
- When do you deliver?
- We deliver on Sundays (1-4pm or 4-8pm), Tuesdays (5:30 – 8:30pm) and Thursdays (5:30 – 8:30pm) You choose your delivery during checkout.
- Can you call or text me when my delivery is on its way?
- Yes! We can text or call you up to 30 mins prior to delivery if you desire – just be sure to check this option and give us the number to reach you (your number will only be used for delivery).
- Can I pick up my meals instead of having them delivered?
- Absolutely! Our kitchens are located in the Locust Point area of south Baltimore on East Fort Ave. You will need the order confirmation, the order number or identification to pick up. There is a convenient pick up window or call us 877-Yes-Chef (877-937-2433) when you arrive and we will bring it to your car! See our pick up schedule on our delivery details page. You will still need to enter your address in the delivery / shipping section during checkout, but Enter “21235” as the zip code to be able to select the pick up option. Then select “PICK UP ORDER (date)” under the delivery options.
